Other Building Regulations compliance services
At Rosier Energy, we offer the following other services that help you achieve compliance.
Please contact us for a bespoke quote or if you have any questions.

Overheating Assessment – using the simplified method or TM59 Dynamic Thermal Modelling. This is required by Building Regulations Approved Document Part O for new dwellings and should be carried out at design stage.
Airtightness Testing – this is required by Building Regulations Approved Document Part F for new dwellings. It is recommended to carry out the testing when construction is complete, with the doors and windows installed but before laying flooring and installing furniture.
Water Calculations – this is required by Building Regulations Approved Document Part G for new builds, to ensure water usage does not exceed 125 litres per person per day.
U-Value Calculations – as accredited SAP Assessors, we can produce these separately if required for building elements.
Condensation Risk Analysis – carried out for existing or proposed building elements using the GLASER method.
Energy Statement – Many Local Planning Authorities now require an Energy Statement as part of your planning application. They can also be known as a Renewable Energy Statement, Energy Assessment or Energy Strategy Report. The scope and pricing of this report will depend on your project’s size and complexity.
